WestStart_Network_Volume_1_Issue_3_Summer -This issue reviews the key developments arising out of the Alaska Clean Energy Symposium 2005 in conjunction with a discussion of the U.S. Military’s Clean Fuel Initiative. This issue also contains briefings on the recent legislative successes of the National Fuel Cell Bus Technology Initiative, and the inclusion of important incentives for medium and heavy-duty hybrids in the Energy Policy Act of 2005. Further articles include the latest program information from the field, and an editorial column by John Boesel, President and CEO of WestStart-CALSTART, discussing the opportunities inherent in the current energy crisis.
