Lead Project Manager

Amy joined CALSTART in 2020 as a Senior Project Manager on the Fuel and Infrastructure team. In this role, she supports the management of industry engagement and infrastructure technical support activities for California’s medium and heavy-duty incentive programs. Amy also helps lead the organization’s strategy development to integrate smart and innovative infrastructure solutions for battery electric and fuel cell vehicles.  She aims to increase the demonstration and deployment of zero-emission infrastructure.

Prior to joining CALSTART, Amy worked as a consultant with Grant Thornton LLP for 8 years. In this position, she helped a variety of clients in the Federal government and commercial space with project management, strategic planning, policy, and sustainability. She helped create responses to Carbon Disclosure Project, conducted greenhouse gas emission inventory for a large international client, and implemented sustainability initiatives and educational programs. She also helped several agencies craft policy guidance and write regulations.

Amy holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science with a Concentration in Energy, and a Master in Public Affairs with a concentration in Policy Analysis, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, minoring in Earth and Atmospheric Science with an emphasis in Internal Relations.
