Carly Mangan

Project Manager I

Carly joined CALSTART’s Marketing and Communications creative team in 2022 as an Associate Project Manager. Her primary focus is supporting execution and operational logistics for marketing campaigns, video and social media content, and digital media and community outreach for CALSTART’s various initiatives and programs.

Prior to joining CALSTART, Carly worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Vermont studying the anthropogenic impacts on vulnerable marine populations. Carly holds a B.S. in Environmental Science with a concentration in Conservation Biology from the University of Vermont.
