Dillon Kadish joined CALSTART in 2021 as an Intern on the Clean Fuels and Infrastructure Initiative. He was hired full-time as an Associate Project Manager on the same initiative after completing his Undergraduate Degree from Manhattan College with the status of Suma Cum Laude in 2021. He works primarily on the EnergIIZE and Communities in Charge projects, focusing on programmatic equity. He is also the project lead for the CALSTART Funding Finder Tool, focusing on connecting CALSTART members and California residents with Zero-Emission Vehicle funding opportunities Statewide. He aims to help effectively operationalize equity into far-reaching CALSTART projects and support the statewide transition to ZEV technology.
Prior to joining CALSTART, Dillon was a student at Manhattan College, majoring in Environmental Studies and Geography. He has worked in various positions supporting sustainability and environmentalism, including leading a 25-person internship program for a local political campaign in his college’s district built on pillars of sustainability, resilience, and equity. In his short time in the workforce, he was worked with political campaigns and larger political organizations, city governments, collegiate research entities, and others. Dillon Kadish holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Geography and looks forward to achieving more advanced degrees in the realm of sustainability and environmentalism.
