Associate Project Manager
Elliott is an Associate Project Manager at CALSTART. He primarily focuses on deploying battery electric buses at public transit agencies across the country, as well as developing models of how these buses operate and identify critical subsystems that can be improved.
Before joining CALSTART, Elliott worked at a small civil engineering firm that specialized in construction project management. He helped design and build everything underneath a modern American street, including water pipes, storm water drains, and electrical infrastructure.
Elliott has a Master of Science in Regenerative Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology, both from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. His academic papers focus on how urban environments interact with the natural world, including mountain lion conservation, organic agriculture, and sustainable seafood. He is currently pursuing a certificate in Environmental Communication at the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University.
