Ricardo Garcia Coyne
Ricardo joined CALSTART in 2021 as Northeast Project Manager, where he focuses on commercial vehicles and policies to advance electrification solutions across the Northeast.
Ricardo holds a Masters of Public Administration in Development Practice from Columbia University, with a specialization in management. As a graduate student, he collaborated with NYSERDA in the development of the state’s first ever DC fast charging incentive program, and with Daimler Trucks North America on the advancement of commercial vehicle electrification in Mexico City, Portland, and Toronto. Before this, Ricardo worked as a development consultant for Fundación IDEA, focusing on sustainability and economic development.
