Nadia is a seasoned leader in the energy, utility and legal fields. She heads various strategic initiatives at CGC, which is an investment firm collaborating across the public and private sectors to transform markets, mobilize capital, and build an economy that benefits all Americans. Since joining CGC in 2024 as its Senior Vice President of Strategy and Partnerships, Nadia has worked closely with both CGC’s Investment and Market Development divisions.

Previously, Nadia spent 17 years at Xcel Energy in various capacities, including related to power generation, transmission, distribution, and storage infrastructure. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Clean Transportation where she built the new division and team that created, launched and scaled 20 industry-leading, customer programs and secured multi-million-dollar regulatory wins as well as key industry partnerships. Nadia built and managed a five-year, billion-dollar budget and drove 250%+ year-over-year growth as the division leader.

Nadia sits on various non-profit boards and has been appointed to a federal advisory committee (the National Electric Vehicle Working Group). She holds a J.D., Master of City Planning, and Bachelor of Science, all from the University of California, Berkeley.
