Work History

Previously Emma had the opportunity to support fleets by securing grant funding and identifying incentives that would advance their transition to cleaner technologies with GNA. Additionally, she helped fleets navigate complex regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with emissions reduction standards and zero-emission vehicle mandates at TRC Companies.

One of her key accomplishments was building a policy tracking service from the ground up, which provided fleets with up-to-date insights on the most pressing regulations and opportunities in the clean transportation space. At CALSTART Emma is working with the Transit Bus team to bring additional tools and knowledge that will assist transit agencies implement zero-emission solutions.
