Work History

Emilia is Senior Director, Trucks & Off-Road at Catalyst, leading incentive programs and market acceleration for zero-emission trucks. She joins Catalyst from Environmental Defense Fund, where she led the Texas Delta initiative accelerating Class 8 zero-emission deployment along the I-45 corridor, and from the North American Council for Freight Efficiency (NACFE), where she authored flagship research and reporting into the economics of zero emission and low carbon trucking.

Previously, as General Manager, Heavy Duty at Terawatt Infrastructure, she held full ownership of the commercial roadmap and spearheaded the I-10 Consortium, uniting industry leaders around a first-of-its-kind heavy-duty charging corridor from Los Angeles to El Paso. Earlier in her career, she held commercial leadership roles in clean energy and mobility, and advised Fortune 500 clients as a case team leader at Bain & Company.
