Ned Marza (She/Her)

Voucher Processing and Redemption Specialist
CA / PST (GMT-8)

Work History

Ned has always been drawn to work that makes a real difference—whether it’s helping people connect with the outdoors, supporting community-driven projects, or making sustainable transportation more accessible. Ned’s career has taken her from leading customer experiences at Rivian to launching community programs at DIY Girls to founding Adventure Amigas, where she built a space for women to adventure authentically and with confidence.

Now, as a Voucher Processing & Redemption Specialist at CALSTART, she uses her love for efficiency, problem-solving, and the planet to make sure businesses can easily transition to clean transportation solutions. Her role is all about making things run smoothly, ensuring funding is distributed correctly, and supporting a future where sustainable mobility is the norm—not the exception.

Work Approach

I believe that processes should work for people, not the other way around. I bring a human-centered approach to everything I do—whether it’s improving workflows, supporting businesses, or finding ways to make sustainable solutions more accessible, inclusive, and impactful. I thrive on solving puzzles, making complex things simple and clear, and creating space for people to do their best work.
