Tom oversees vehicle incentive programs in California, New York and Chicago. Working out of CALSTART’s Colorado Office, Tom oversees CALSTART’s E-Truck Task Force and a Vehicle Electrification Study for the US Army.  Tom recently developed a truck technology roadmap for the California Energy Commission to identify technologies and actions for the reduction of emissions and petroleum use in trucks.  He has previously managed CALSTART’s U.S. Army contract, Technical Advisory Committee, as well as business development and membership outreach.

Tom has a BSE in Civil Engineering from Princeton University, and a MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is a registered professional engineer in Colorado.
