Work History

Chris joined CALSTART in 2023 as a Project Manager I on the Clean Fuels and Infrastructure team, where he leads initiatives for the Communities in Charge Level II Incentive project. His work focuses on expanding electric vehicle adoption and ensuring program success through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.

At CALSTART, Chris has led cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. He has developed comprehensive project plans, applied Agile methodologies to streamline workflows, and maintained strong alignment with organizational goals through clear and consistent communication. Chris has also assisted in launching targeted marketing campaigns to increase participation in underserved regions, spearheaded educational initiatives, and facilitated training programs to strengthen team performance.

Prior to CALSTART, Chris served as an Air Quality Specialist at the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, where he conducted air dispersion modeling and health risk assessments to protect public health. He made CEQA determinations for permitting projects, collaborated with businesses to evaluate pollution impacts, and managed special projects for senior leadership, reinforcing his commitment to environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance.
