In 2022, Cesar Santiago began working at CALSTART as a Database Management Assistant. He is a member of the Mavenlink Team, where he is responsible for updating and maintaining the Software as a Service Platform that enables project management, project financials, and team collaboration in a unified environment. He hopes to improve his database administration and analytical skills while also introducing automation into day-to-day operations.
Cesar has previously worked with local research institutions in the development and deployment of socioeconomic research, as well as within a variety of organizations that provide behavioral therapy services to members of the autistic spectrum community. His most notable accomplishment to date has been the creation, implementation, and management of an ETL data pipeline and dashboard, which, through the use of automation and analytics, increased productivity and empowered key stakeholders within the Exceptional Children’s Foundation to make informed decisions that have enhanced the treatment services they provide to their clients.
Cesar received his B.A from CSULA and is an avid outdoorsman, who enjoys backpacking, cycling, and lounging in the garden.
