Thomas Paddon

Project Manager I

Thomas is a manager and developer of projects in the Central Valley as part of the San Joaquin Valley Clean Transportation Center. He is responsible for overseeing advanced vehicle development and deployment projects in the region.

Prior to joining CALSTART, Thomas has been involved with clean tech startups, managing and developing software to support solar and battery storage deployments. As a commercial, instrument-rated pilot, he has been a strong supporter of CALSTART’s zero emissions aviation transportation initiatives which will lead to lower pilot training costs, shorter commute times, fewer vehicles on the road, and reduced GHG and criteria emissions.

Thomas has a M.A. in Management from the University of Redlands and a B.A. in French and International Business from the University of South Florida.
