Bill has three decades of experience bringing new vehicle technologies and supporting infrastructure to the commercial market, with a specific focus on zero emission technologies. During his tenure at the Hydrogen Fuel Cell Partnership, he has built consensus among public and private stakeholders, directed the development of roadmaps and action plans for light- and heavy-duty fuel cell applications, and supported California’s leadership in the initial retail vehicle market launch.
