He has spent his career working within the automotive and aerospace industries to advance the adoption of electric propulsion technologies. Before joining Rivian, Beau was a founding member of the Tesla Supercharger team.

Jennie is the owner of King Fio Trucking, LLC. After 11 years in business, they have grown to a 32-truck operation and almost 50 employees. Jennie has dedicated the next 5 years of her career to lowering carbon emissions.

Tracy is the City of Seattle’s advisor on climate and transportation policy, where she leads cross-departmental efforts to advance the City’s Transportation Electrification Blueprint.

She brings a deep knowledge of the market to her role—from consumer EVs to alternative fuels to heavy-duty manufacturers and fleets, and a comprehensive understanding of the vehicle incentives arena across the U.S.

Technical Project Manager, Hydrogen Infrastructure

Kelly has been an energy professional for over 10 years. Beginning her career as a field engineer in oil and gas, Kelly navigated offshore maritime energy challenges before transitioning into renewable energy and zero emission logistics. She holds a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering and now supports the hydrogen programs at CALSTART.

Bill has three decades of experience bringing new vehicle technologies and supporting infrastructure to the commercial market, with a specific focus on zero emission technologies. During his tenure at the Hydrogen Fuel Cell Partnership, he has built consensus among public and private stakeholders, directed the development of roadmaps and action plans for light- and heavy-duty fuel cell applications, and supported California’s leadership in the initial retail vehicle market launch.

Jared Schnader is the National Program Manager for Small Urban and Rural Transit Agencies at CALSTART based in Florida. He focuses his efforts on enabling smaller agencies to pursue, procure, and deploy alternative fuel vehicles in their fleet.
