Work History

Heather Anderson’s career in program and grants management / grant operations for nonprofit organizations has spanned two decades, and her past work experience includes The California Endowment, the W. M. Keck Foundation, Keck Graduate Institute, and the American Academy of Pediatrics in California.

Heather joined CALSTART in July 2022 initially as Foundation Grants Manager, and then as a Lead Manager. She is currently the Program Manager for Philanthropy and Grants Management, working primarily with foundation and corporate grants and funders.
