Ruth Fatolitis

Project Manager II, Northeast Region

Ruth joined CALSTART in 2024 as a Project Manager II in the Northeast Region. She works on medium and heavy-duty initiatives, including the New York Truck Voucher Incentive Program (NYTVIP), Massachusetts CEC Vehicle Electrification Advisory Services, and Freight Electrification-as-a-Service for Transformation (FEaST). She joined from Shell, where she secured state and local incentives for the expansion of their electric vehicle charging network. Prior to Shell, she worked to shape and implement the capital program at NJ TRANSIT as part of their capital planning team. Ruth specializes in GIS mapping and writing grant applications, particularly at the federal level.

She is a native New Yorker and has a BA in environmental planning and French literature from SUNY Binghamton and a Master of Urban Planning from SUNY Buffalo.
