Lead Project Manager

Mike Guerra is the program manager for technical projects and system implementations.  As part of the Market Acceleration team, Mike projects include upgrades to Voucher Processing Center for VIP projects, new Member Services application for the customer relations management system and website development for CORE, HVIP, Clean Mobility Options and other customer facing websites.

Prior to joining CALSTART, Mike held the position of consultant at Yamaha and Warner Brothers dealing with operations and data analysis.  Position provided shot term support that aided in logistics, inventory, reporting, and sales projections for consumer products.

Mike’s professional experience includes a management positions with Southern California Edison with oversight for EV infrastructure project, energy efficiency and electricity reduction programs, and data stewardship and analytics.  Mike was also the Controller / Reporting manager at Ernst & Young with responsibilities including budgeting, sales forecasting and month end closing.

Mike’s academic background includes an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from Loyal Marymount University. He has also gained a certificate in Project Management and started studies for a Black Belt in Six Sigma and Salesforce Administration certification.
