Cesar has previously worked with local research institutions in the development and deployment of socioeconomic research, as well as within a variety of organizations that provide behavioral therapy services to members of the autistic spectrum community. His most notable accomplishment to date has been the creation, implementation, and management of an ETL data pipeline and dashboard, which, through the use of automation and analytics, increased productivity and empowered key stakeholders within the Exceptional Children’s Foundation to make informed decisions that have enhanced the treatment services they provide to their clients.
