Alberto Santos-Davidson

 Project Manager II, Incentives Clean Fuels & Infrastructure

Alberto Joined CALSTART in 2022 as a Project Manager on the Fuels and Infrastructure team. He works on EnergIIZE Implementation including project management, vendor relations, applicant relations, and outreach.

Prior to joining CALSTART, Alberto completed a master’s degree in public policy at UC San Diego where he pursued a dual specialization in Environmental Policy and Health Policy.  Before graduate school, Alberto worked in local government both as a consultant and for the City of San Diego’s Environmental Policy and Analysis group within the Planning Department. While finishing his masters, he completed an analysis project for San Diego Gas & Electric where he was part of a team which assessed the feasibility of achieving California’s Net Zero goals.
