Amanda Larsen

Project Manager 1

Amanda joined CALSTART in 2022 as an Associate Project Manager. Her work at CALSTART is focused on the administration of the Clean Off-Road Equipment (CORE) Voucher Incentive Project. The CORE Project accelerates the deployment of zero-emission off-road technologies across the state of California. Her responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, dealer enrollment, reporting, and marketing/outreach.

Amanda earned a B.A. in Political Economics with a concentration in environmental sustainability and development from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to joining CALSTART, she worked for the San Francisco Department of the Environment to help the city meet their transportation sustainability goals.
