Juan Espinoza

Project Manager

Juan Espinoza is a Project Manager working directly with the HVIP program and Bus Initiatives. Juan assists in HVIP dealer training and other program management tasks. Juan is passionate about air quality issues and is dedicated to expanding zero emission technology and infrastructure within communities.

Juan received a master’s degree from the Bren School for Environmental Science & Management. Juan past work includes volunteering with Surfrider and working as an environmental intern at the Port of Hueneme managing records for the Ocean-Going Vessel plug in system.
