Technical Project Manager II, Hydrogen Infrastructure

Prior to joining CALSTART, Kelly Ratchinsky worked as a field engineer in fossil fuel extraction and offshore wind and also working for Innovation Norway as a Project Manager in zero emission transporation and smart cities. In this position, she focused zero emission and autonomous vehicle adoption in California. Kelly served as a Board Member at Women in Cleantech & Sustainability and managed programs and teams to grow Membership to 13 countries and grow the network to 7000 unique persons. Kelly holds a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on under water robotics.
