Lauren Fleming

Project Manager, Operations Coordinator

Lauren joined CALSTART in 2023 as a Project Manager on the Fuels and Infrastructure team. She works on the EnergIIZE program, focusing on the Standard project and program operations.

Prior to joining CALSTART, Lauren worked as the Climate Action Community Engagement Coordinator with the City of Irvine, where she led outreach for the City’s first Climate Action and Adaptation Plan and supported the development of local decarbonization programs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics from Occidental College.
