Mark Hill joined CALSTART in 2022 as a Technical Project Manager I on the Validation & Assessment team. He works on multiple database projects, focusing on collaborating with project stakeholders to direct, develop, and implement database systems for HVIP. Prior to joining CALSTART, Mark served in the US Air Force for four years as an Electronic Warfare Systems Specialist. He also spent time working as a Geographer and Regional Manager with the U.S. Census Bureau. Mark holds a M.B.A. with emphasis in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Redlands, a B.S. in Economics, and a Project Management Certificate from UCLA.
