Patricia Milbery

Project Manager 2

Patricia joined CALSTART in 2023 as a Project Manager I for the Clean Fuels and Infrastructure team, focused on the Communities in Charge Level II Incentive Project.

Prior to joining CALSTART, Patricia worked at PepsiCo, Inc as an Associate Manager of Economic Development. In this position she performed contract review and worked closely with the Fleet Transportation Team to secure incentives and maintain compliance. Patricia holds her Bachelor of Science in Policial Science from Texas Wesleyan University and Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
