Sydney joined CALSTART in 2023 as a Project Manager II for the Northeast region. She works on medium and heavy-duty initiatives, including the New York Truck Voucher Incentive Program (NYTVIP) and Freight Electrification-as-a-Service for Transformation (FEaST), focusing on outreach and engagement strategies. Her goal is to foster the success of these initiatives.

Prior to joining CALSTART, Sydney worked for Ohio’s Clean Cities Coalition member, Clean Fuels Ohio, as the Policy Analysis and Research Manager. In this position, she focused on community-based acceleration of clean fuels adoption and served as their Clean Cities Coalition Co-Director. She’s especially proud of her work on the EV Smart Communities Program, which provided technical assistance to rural and disinvested communities in Ohio to advance their electrification goals. Sydney holds a B.S. from the Ohio State University in Public Policy Analysis and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.
