Tarah Campi

Deputy Director

Tarah Campi is the Program Manager for the Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP). She has a background in active transportation policy implementation and Metropolitan Planning Organization administration. She worked as a newspaper editor before joining the public sector.

Tarah holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from the University of Oregon, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communication, also from the University of Oregon.
