Tracy Tilley

Project Manager II, Sustainable Fleets

Tracy Tilley joined CALSTART in 2021 as a Project Manager II on the Sustainable Fleets team. Her role involves growing the Sustainable Fleets program and expanding fleet outreach and education through the Transforming Trucks; Transforming Communities campaign.

Prior to joining CALSTART, Tracy completed her MBA and Master of Environmental Management at the University of San Francisco. Her masters project focused on challenges of electrifying medium and heavy-duty vehicles in California and how these challenges can be overcome. Before going to graduate school, she worked as an environmental scientist focusing on project and data management for environmental remediation projects. She also holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and Management from the University of California Davis.
